1. Possibilities for using MHMeRECRUITING
We are delighted that you are interested in our company and look forward to receiving your application. You have the following options for using our MHMeRECRUITING job portal:
You can apply for a position at aifinyo AG, Friedrichstraße 94, 10117 Berlin in Germany (hereinafter referred to as aifinyo AG) including its future national centers via our job exchange. In doing so, you provide us with your profile for a specific advertised position or internship. Your details will only be checked for this position; a check for other vacancies will only take place if you have approved your profile for this purpose.
aifinyo AG reserves the right to make your application documents available to companies involved under company law if the position for which you have applied is no longer available.
Registration for a speculative application: You make your profile available to us without applying for a specific position. By releasing your profile, you allow aifinyo AG to check your profile for various job opportunities.
If your profile is suitable for a vacancy at aifinyo AG, we will contact you using the contact details you have provided. Your details will be treated confidentially. You can change your contact details at any time, both when applying and when registering. Please also read section 2, point g) of this declaration of use.
If we are currently unable to offer you a suitable position, you have the option of joining our talent pool. You will be contacted by us separately and can agree to this inclusion or object to it at a later date.
2. Privacy policy
a) Introduction
The protection of your personal data is particularly important to aifinyo AG. Therefore, we always treat your personal data that you enter on our portal confidentially and in accordance with the data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu). This declaration on the protection of your personal rights applies exclusively to aifinyo AG.
If you apply or register with your profile and send us information via the aifinyo AG job exchange, your personal data will be processed by us in accordance with Art. 6 DSGVO in conjunction with. § 26 BDSG-neu processed by us. You declare your consent in accordance with Art. 7 i.V.m. Art. 9 DSGVO that we may process your sensitive data within the framework of the principles laid down here. This also applies to a possible transfer of personal data to future domestic centers of aifinyo AG or companies involved under company law.
b) Data protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the latest data protection regulations (DSGVO, BDSG-neu).
c) Data collection
The personal data contained in your application or unsolicited application will not be stored in the aifinyo AG recruiting portal without your consent. However, you can voluntarily provide us with this data for specific purposes in the designated areas of the aifinyo AG recruiting portal (such as your name, your current job title, your e-mail address, your telephone number as part of a registration). We will not ask you on the aifinyo AG recruiting portal to provide us with so-called special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 DSGVO. However, if you voluntarily provide us with such information, you allow us to store this information as part of the registration process and to use it for the purposes of this recruiting portal.
d) Cookies
The aifinyo AG job exchange uses so-called session cookies, which store data for technical session control in the memory of your browser. These are not used to collect usage data and are deleted at the latest when you close your browser. We would also like to point out that browsers generally have functions for managing cookies.
The IP address, browser type and the page accessed are stored each time the website is accessed.
e) Collection, processing and use of your data
Personal data is only collected, processed and used for the purpose of processing applications. In order to use the aifinyo AG recruiting portal, contact details such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. are collected. This data is generally used to contact you regarding your application.
f) Processor
MHM HR GmbH has been commissioned to collect and process your applicant data in accordance with the requirements of Article 28 DSGVO. We have concluded an order processing contract with MHM HR GmbH in accordance with Article 28 (3) DSGVO. When using our applicant platform, your voluntarily provided data is temporarily stored for technical reasons, for which you give us your consent (button). If you have any questions about the storage of your applicant data and the exercise of your rights as a data subject, please do not hesitate to contact us as the responsible body.
g) Processing, updating and deletion of your data
You can make changes to your contact details at any time in the aifinyo AG recruiting portal. Please note that changes to your profile may affect your entire application. After completion of the respective procedure, your data will be deleted in accordance with legal regulations or anonymized for statistical purposes in such a way that no conclusions can be drawn about you.
